Question about installing 19H2 switching from slow ring to release preview.

I have a Dell Latitude E7470 laptop I use for testing in the slow ring.  Yesterday, I switched from the slow ring to the release preview ring and installed 19H2.  My question is can I switch back to the slow ring and continue getting the 20H1 builds in the slow ring?  Or do I have to wipe my machine and start over and choose slow and sign in with my Insiders account again?

You need to Fresh install windows 10 again to switch back to receiving 20H1 builds again.
