Properties window not affected by dark mode

I have set the colours that appear in Windows and my apps to dark. In Settings -> Personalisation -> Colours -> Choose your mode. 

Although most windows appear in dark mode, properties, options, running actions (when copying/moving files) and control panel for example are not affected. Control panel, I understand because it will be phased out? But how about properties and options?
