Problem with optional diagnostic options

Hi, i have a problem with Windows Insider. I can't change update channel and even bow out because my optional diagnostic options are turned off and i can't even change them. Can u give me any solutions ?

Make sure you verified your Microsoft account. Click on Verify under Settings > Account > Your info. Also ensure that you've sync settings turned off. If you can change diagnostic setting, try making it On and see if that helps. If you can't change diagnostic setting due to an error, do let me know.
