problem with auto-regulation of brightness in windows 10 19559

Hello. I have a surface laptop3. After the 19555 update, I had a problem with auto-adjusting the brightness. In the 19559 version it was not resolved. I noticed that my light sensor driver was replaced by a Microsoft driver with the 19559 version. removing and reinstalling through the device manager didn't help. 1.35.139.0 it has to be version

@Eddie Leonard I tried to rearrange the system. Even in windows 10 1909 the problem is there. but I'm trying to replicate the problem. and send you a link.
