I can't turn on Optional diagnostic data, it is grayed out. I want to stay in the Windows Insider Program

Hello @kpasanski,

Run services.msc command.

Scroll and locate Connected User Experiences and Telemetry service.

Double click and set its Startup type to Manual.

Click OK, Apply.

See if you can enable Optional diagnostic data then.

Hope this helps!

@Kapil Arya

Thanks for the suggestion but unfortunately, it did not work.
