I am in the latest Dev. Channel build and I have not received the new Microsoft store update. I know that the blog states that it is beginning to roll out. When do I receive it?

Are you seeing any error message?
Are you able to update the Windows?
Some updates will be released in phases, so if you don't see it at the moment and there is no error, you should wait and it become available.

No error messages. The update just didn't appear in the store. I mean, when I click on get updates, no update for the store. I can update to Windows. I am at the latest Dev. channel build. Did you get the store update? 

Like I mentioned earlier, some updates are being released in phases and you just need to wait.
However, you may share your concern using the Feedback Hub tool.
