No Option to upgrade

I've followed all the steps to join the insider program, but even after restarting and re-checking for updates, there is still no option or message to upgrade to Windows 11. Is there a waiting period? I chose the recommended Beta option.

Hi it looks like the Win11 version - beta is not released
Dev Channel only has updates!
