Previously I had an issue, after resolving an issue with OneDrive, where my laptop stopped recognizing my external monitors. I contacted Windows Support in early November, and they were able to resolve the issue. This past Friday, while working on my laptop, suddenly the external monitors froze and were no longer being recognized by my laptop.
I would like to find a way to keep this from happening, or at least how to resolve the problem if it does occur again.
