NEED Insider Windows 11 Insider Dev Build 23620.1000 (22H2) if anyone has it (desperate)

So my rig is stuck on 23620 and I cannot update unless I do a clean install (which would be a PIA)
I have a fix for the issue, but the only thing I need which I cannot find online or on uupdump.net is an ISO or install files for Dev Build 23620.1000 (22H2)!! I really only need the install.wim, but I need one or the other to do what I need to do to fix the issue. Hopefully someone here has it?

Have you checked Ultrapanda777 whether the build 23620.1000 (22H2) ISO or install.wim file is available through any other Microsoft Insider channels or forums besides UUPDump.net?
