Recently notified, that Narrator not recognize aria-labelledby and aria-describedby attributes, when using Chrome browser (can be tested here - https://www.w3.org/WAI/WCAG20/Techniques/working-examples/ARIA1/describedby-close.html )
Are you working on that issue? When are next updates will be available?
