Microsoft Office sign in

Copper Contributor

I am using Windows 11 Insider Preview on an M1 MacBook Pro. I have a Microsoft 365 subscription, and am using Access. I downloaded Office two days ago. However, I appear to be signed in but it asks me to sign in. When I try to, it says there is a problem with the network connection and I won't have full use of Access in three days time.

So you can't sign in to Microsoft Office only or the problem continues with Windows 11 as well? Can you share us the exact error message you got?
I can sign in using Edge. Access show me logged in, but still asks me to sign in.

I found the answer to my problem here:

Essentially use Parallels to install a release version of Windows 11. This is a bit of a hassle as everything has to be set up again. I have now dumped my Insider Version and the new virtual machine is working perfectly including Microsoft 365.
