Low audio volume in 23H2

Just installed 23H2 and the first thing I noticed is the audio is rather quiet. With all volume settings (including the newer per app mixed) turned to maximum, the audio coming over my speakers is essentially what I would have gotten at maybe 20-25% volume prior to the update.

Has anyone else encountered this? Any fix? Might end up installing EqualizerAPO and see if I can boost it a bit with the preamp setting.

Now that you say it, I've noticed the same.
I have all my devices turned up to the maximum and I suddenly had difficulty hearing and understanding people I task with on Discord. I would say its about 15% more quiet.

I can at least confirm that after installing EqualizerAPO and increasing the preamp setting on it, everything's back to normal.
