loss of bluetooth

After upgrading to Windows 11, Bluetooth is no longer recognized.

The computer has built-in WiFi and Bluetooth.

WiFi is ok.

It seems that there is an issue with your Bluetooth device driver. Therefore, you need to run Windows Update to upgrade your existing driver.

hi SalmanAhmed. Thanks for the advice.
Went through the process, Still no Bluetooth.
Probably no driver.
Resorting to a dongle. Works fine.
