Latest release channel build ui is laggy

i am having 24H2 latest  release preview channel and ui is laggy . not sure why but start menu , explorer , settings and almost every menu even browser is lagging .
even i got a good HW core i 7 + rtx 3060 .
any ideas ? do i have to revert back to stable channel and if it is so is there any way to do it without re installing all the apps again ?

Go to Settings > System > Recovery. Under Recovery options, find Go back (if available). This option allows you to revert to the previous version of Windows (if you recently updated). Follow the prompts, and it will guide you through the process.
