Is there a new test build for Microsoft Store? Mine is broken after 22h2

I am using OS Build 22621.601  where can i download manually an a newest test build for store?  Right now getting the dreaded 0x80070002 and absolutely nothing fixes it not even in place reinstall.

Try reset the Microsoft Store, you may start the Command prompt as administrator and then type the following command:

wsreset.exe

Press enter and let it runs.

In addition, open start and search for feedback and open the Feedback Hub app and report this issue.
