Recently I enrolled in the Windows Insider Program, in hopes of testing Windows 11. When I try to click the "Get Started" button in the Insider Settings, I get an error message saying "Something went wrong. We are unable to talk to our service right now." After trying the button a few times, I took to Google. I have searched every help page and forum, but nothing has helped. I have tried:
Enabling Optional Diagnostic Data
Running the Windows Update troubleshooter
Deleting HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\WindowsSelfHost in regedit
Using ResetWUEng.zip
and nothing has worked. One thing I noticed, an account on this device was linked to an organization a little while back. I deleted the account a long time ago, but maybe the security settings are still in place. Not sure. Any help is greatly appreciated.
