same problem. same errors.

Same problem! When my PC restart to update, first the screen shows installed 100%, the it starts to update, to 48% or 60%, then it shuts down and shows "trying to recover from the updating" or sometimes it is green error screen.

I got the solution, Just Reset The PC, with keeping your files

Then if my apps will be uninstalled or it has no influence? Thank you! @VEDIKSAGA

Can't install what?

You need to. Install them back(They provide the list of programs installed)but the update will run smoothly.

yeah thats not really a solution.  Of course resetting/reinstalling windows will resolve that sort of issue.  I don't want to have to do that though as its a MASSIVE PITA

I have the exact same problem. Tried several times but it never goes above 60% than it reverts  the update...

yeah... that is not really a solution :) that is 2 days work to reinstall everything

I get the same error with: Preview 10.0.22581.100 (ni_release)

Windows 11, version 22H2 Insider Preview 10.0.22581.100 (ni_release) Install error - 0xc1900101

It gets to about 60% or so and rolls back the installation.

I encountered the same problem. The downloading and installation part went fine then my PC restarted. After restart the update started loading up to 60% then it showed an error with Windows Insider Preview
The same problem with update
Windows 11, version 22H2 Insider Preview 10.0.22581.100 (ni_release)
0xc1900101
Great. So looks like the latest update has made it a lot worse for people .
I honestly don't understand the point in Microsoft letting users test their prereleases/betas when there seems to be no way of properly reporting issues, they don't respond when posting publically about problems. Or don't attempt at resolving or addressing the issues in future updates...

It look like not everyone really understand the meaning of insider preview ... one of it is it's not bug free updates ...
