How to use old Edge in Windows 11

I want to install Edge(UWP) on my computer.

But when  I finished installing it in Windows/systemapps/Microsoft.MicrosoftEdge_8wekyb3d8bbwe

I found that 

A qusetion has occured to Windows and Microsoft Edge has been prevented to work.

(I am not using an English system version, so I cannot describe the origin sentence.)

So, what should I do?

I have posted the same qusetion in Microsoft Community.

The answer I recived is that he cannot solve my problem, and recommended me to come here.

I really want a good answer.

@Ling_Chun Hiya. My name is Linux, and I will help you with your problem. 
If you natively speak Russian, I can speak to you that way. Microsoft Edge Legacy

(or Microsoft Edge html et cetera)’s EOS (End of support) was in March of 2021, and after that update to Windows 10, which means it is inaccessible in Windows 11.  It was removed and unable to re-access (Believe me, I’ve tried, x2) I dont know if it has been removed or not, but Microsoft has BLOCKED it.
