Hello Citizens
I was an insider for a month. My issue fast ring with slow internet 1024k x 768k. I do not know when it begins to download. Which put a kink in payments online or "can not access page-error 404". I think my pc is a hybrid desk/laptop, HP Slimline 450-A24. It would make a good addition to the program. Yet the fast ring isn't working so I'm back to version 10240. Any idea citizens?

Hi Victor,
If you're still on 10240 you're on the 1st build of Windows 10 released 7/29/2015 & you might be missing out on all the cool new features.

If you're on a slow line it might take a while to download a new build, Current Branch is currently 1703 (15063) might be good idea to download the iso on a faster line if possible & upgrade your system to this build. (these are no insider builds) or just go to settings / updates & security / check for updates this should show the new build
To control the flow, in case you engage in insider builds, you could pause your build upgrades once a new one is installed (or switch from fast to slow ring for a while)
For this go to settings / updates & security / Windows Insider Program / stop insider preview builds & choose "Pause updates for a bit" this will pause your updates for 7 days (this option is possibly not yet available in your current build)
