Get Out for Windows Insider Program without clean installation

Never had enrolled to Windows Insider Program but is on Windows Insider.

If you don't enrolled, still it is possible to be in Windows Insider program, if you make a clean install for a Windows Insider build instead of stable/public version. Then you login with WI Microsoft account.

Can you share us the build number you're on?
