Get an Error when trying to dowload the latest Windows Insider ISO

Like some other people, I get an error Message with Code 715-123130 and transaction ID 6817bc60-3c10-4b92-8bf3-cee94c73b874 instead of an actual download.

All I wanted was to download the latest ISO for Windows Insider beta.

No matter if I use incognito mode within my browser or not- I get this error every time.
But I also remember, that it worked just fine 2 months ago.

Can you provide me the actual ISO or tell me why I'm getting this error? I'm just frustrated by now 😕
