Freezing and black screen problems (Build 22504)

Copper Contributor

In the latest Windows 11 Build Insider Dev (22504), from time to time, my computer completely freezes. The mouse and keyboard stop working, although the screen still shows image. When trying to use the black screen recovery keyboard method (Win+Ctrl+Shift+B), the screen goes black and doesn't show the mouse cursor.

In the end, you have to forcibly restart the computer by holding down the power button.

For me, this happens very often and despite having the computer updated to the latest version this error is not solved.

Additionally, I have written a comment in the Windows Feedback Center, but have not received any response.
I hope you can help me with this problem. Thanks in advance!

A graphics driver update was available.
I just performed the update and so far, everything is working correctly.
I will keep updating the information. Hopefully the screen won't freeze again.
