FIx the issues with Defender

Hey, I'm on the dev built of W11 and currently facing issues with the security i.e. Defender. I can see the GUI working fine, but I can use the services, actually it's frozen! I tried fixing it via registry process but no luck. I'll be adding screenshot of the issues with this thread.
