Just came to my atention that windows update wont install update Kb5022913. it downloads and when installing always failes. Tried multiple times with same outcome.
I have checked windows event and it lists Event ID 20. any help?
@Reza_Ameri yes other update worked just checked for updates now and it installed the defintioin update fine. just this latest quality update keeps failing.
I suggest you download the Windows Installation Assistant - this most often ensures the preparation of the installation correctly (without changing the settings and personal files), then restart the computer and check for :)
