Hello.
I tried to update my windows 10 to windows 11. I checked before PC health check. everything was fine and my laptop has the requirements.
after to many trying I received this error. Failed to install on 21/10/2021 - 0xc1900101.
I uninstalled my antivirus. I check my UEFI and TBM status and were fine. I updated all my drivers and bios. but again. update does not work.
I sent my problem to Microsoft support. they told me to try sfc/scannow in CMD.
this was the result: Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations.
I talked with the HP support of my laptop. they just sent me the documentation for installing windows 11 manually. I don't want to do it. I want to update my windows 10 to windows 11 from windows update setting.
what's this problem?
why when it's not ready, I can see it in windows update setting?
