External Display Not Detected

Build: Version 10.0.19041 Build 19041 

When I connect an external monitor to my laptop with HDMI cable it is unable to detect the display. The monitor and cable work with 10.0.18363 Build 18363 on another laptop.

Before upgrading to this build 19041 this was working

How can I fix this?

I installed the most recent version of the Intel driver for my display adapter and the external display now works. The device manager did not indicate any problems with the previous version.
