Error Installing Windows 11 Insider Preview 27695.1000 (rs_prerelease)

oxC1900101 -0x20017

The installation failed in the  SAFE_OS phase with an error during BOOT operation.

 

Procedure done.. disabled Antivirus, mounted version for AMDx64.

Make it around 5 times and no way.

 

Drivers are updated. Can someone help?

    sumitomo85 Hi, I see that no one is answering you. The same thing is happening to me. It seems that the community is not interested in this problem. Were you able to solve it? Thanks in advance.

    Ensure your hardware meets the minimum requirements for the Windows Insider build you are trying to install. Sometimes newer builds may have different requirements.

    sumitomo85 I have this issue with EVERY Insider Preview build.  What I end up doing is downloading the iso from a site like uup and installing from a thumb drive. This always works -- except this build seems to not be available for downloading atm.

     

    I believe, though I can't be 100% sure because Microsoft's error codes are so freakin' generic, but I believe it's a driver conflict.  Likely the video card driver, because it seems to always interfere with updates.

     

    I've tried all the suggested fixes (the scans, the file system repairs, etc.) and none of that helps.
