Error code - IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

it didn't get on after pressing 2_3 times power button it got on and while entering pin the screen was blank and black. Then a green screen appeared , saying that "your windows has some errors and we will restart your computer after the error is fixed". Then it gave that stop code error : IRQL_NOT_LESS
_OR_EQUAL.

Also i am not able to change the time and date
