edit to websites dont work: signing in doesnt work

so i first found out when i was trying to sign into outlook(new) and then onedrive 

i can use websites but not sign in

try opening the bios menu and disable the password if no websites will work if you are trying to reset your password most bios key is shift+f10 or other to enter bios shut down your computer then turn it on while it is booting up quickly press your bios key multiple times and go to secure boot and disable password
