Windows 11 laptop is still not "DISCOVERABLE" even though the "Nearby sharing" settings page states that it is and is set for "Everyone nearby". Everything is correct so the issue is with the device discoverability functionality.
May have something to do with "Device Discovery" not being set to "ON" by default in the "System>Settings>For Developers" page in Settings. Devices also need to be paired because it lists 0 devices even though "Bluetooth & devices" lists previously paired devices, so that is contradictory. Also, underneath the list it says "Bluetooth is ON and discoverable as SKYNET".
So the question is why is the laptop discoverable yet not discovered. And why does "For Developers" list 0 devices paired yet there are a multitude of devices paired and listed under "Bluetooth & devices"?
This whole setup is a mess.
