Sadly I have not been able to install to Dev Edition so far (Build 10.0.22000.65).
The installation is always stuck at 61 %.
I have already tried to deactivate all audio devices.
Also I have stopped all Update Services and so on and restartet the Update by deleting the Software Distribution folder.
All my drivers and bios are up to date.
I am using a Dell XPS 7390 2-in-1. i7, 16gb RAM, no external devices connected.
Trying to avoind making a clean install with Media Creation Tool.
