Hiya - my issue is that when i double click the control panel (via control.exe in System32) it doesnt open - but then if i double click again it will appear. This repets each time I use the control panel (I have a shortcut on my start menu and when I click it nothing happens but if I click it again it works)
SFC /Scannow and DISM all tried but no joy
