Cant update windows because optional diagnostic data is bugged

After updating the latest insider preview windows 11 update now when I enteron insider options I get an error saying to enable optional diagnostic data but when I go to that setting and I turn it on when I leave settings it puts another time on off so I think now I don't have updates :C

Try open start and search for feedback and open the Feedback Hub app and resport this issue.
Try restart your PC and try again.
