Cannot load hardware key @ Accounts>Sign-in Options>Security Key

I purchased a Titan Security Key.  I've installed it on my phone, but when I attempt to install it under Accounts>Sign-in Options>Security Key, clicking the "button" does nothing.  I've searched through other forums and found no info.

So, is really an odd question? I'm genuinely surprised that there have been no responses.
Is this portion of Security in Win11Ent still under construction?
