Hi,
I cannot download the package after signing in and registering. I go back top the downloads page and there is no download option, the message only says
" To access this page, you need to be a member of the Windows Insider Program."
The only option to click is "Learn More"
This is the page I am using (and I am from the UK, so I notice the link is a US link, but there's no UK or GB version, even changing the URL to the "UK" or "GB" version:
