Can't update to 22581.1 from 2200.558. Flighting not enabled and enable button doesn't do anything!

I get this message when using the ISO for 2258.1 to install the new build.  Pressing the enable button does nothing (tried to exit and restart after clicking multiple times and nothing changed) Windows Update doesn't detect any new builds and doesn't allow me to pick a channel! I was in release preview and switched to beta, but now I don't even have the option. 

Anyone has any clue why I'm getting that message?

@Regular_User I had a problem going to recovery environment when resetting PC, after looking for a fix I found it here and I was able to update my Windows I hope it works for you!
