Can't update past 22622 Error code: (0x8007000d)

Hi! I'm stuck on build 22622 on the Beta channel. Everytime I try to update (KB5016700 right now) it says "Some update files are missing or have problems. We'll try to download the update again later. Error code: (0x8007000d)"

I was expecting this to go away when a new build was released but it didn't seem to help. Any tips or another way of downloading the update?

I've got the same issue on Dev channel. I'm on build 25179.1000 and seem to be barred from upgrading to Build 25182.1010 or 25188.1000. Tried installing from an ISO and got the same result. Considering a full re-install as I'm not sure what else to do at this point..?

Update: I managed to get it working. Problem was that my existing installation of Windows had component corruption. Make sure your system passes a SFC /scannow and DISM health scan without errors or updating to a new build could fail for the same reason
