Can't roll (really) into Windows Insiders?

I switched to a new PC (Surface Book 2) and as a devoted Windows Insider, now my new PC does not want to roll into the Windows Insider program. The only option I get is "Just fixes, apps, and drivers" and I would like to be in the "Active development of Windows" and on it's fast track. I see the option in settings and I can choose it, but when I come back in settings to see my level on Windows Insiders it is back in the "Just fixes…". What is preventing me to change? I have tried to stop and roll again, but no difference. Has anyone a clue?

There was a bug in the service-side deployment last Friday that caused the issue you hit.

The code was rolled back as of Tuesday to bypass.  Reboot the machine and try again.  You should be able to switch rings now.
