can't out from windows 11 insider preview build

i've completed below step 2 times already but i can't out from windows insider preview.

changing the settings will not remove the installed version of Insider.
To have a stable version of Windows10, or Windows11 - you need to perform a clean installation of Windows (which will clean everything and reinstall the system) remember to make copies of your personal files.
