When I use any Browser with my Microsoft A/c to access Live Agent Support, it just takes me to the page showing to submit feedback, which usually shows after the Agent ends the chat. And it's not like the chat is actually ended! The Agent keeps looking out for any response, while I can do nothing except seeing how he patiently waits and finally departs! How much ever I click on chatbox where one has to type to the Agent, nothing happens... I've even switched A/c, but the similar problem occurs again...:sad_but_relieved_face:
Anyone plz help!
A Microsoft Response is essentially required...
