While on the Download page for Windows 11 ISOs, after selecting the Version and Language, a Popup with the Error Message

"Refer to Message Code 715-123130 and Transaction ID 4f91e868-6775-4f93-b908-9ca9d7904acf."

comes up.

I have tried multiple Browsers.

Ran into the same issue, turned out my pi-hole was blocking some things. Added cloudflare to secondary dns and it went right through.

I have the same problem, I don't know what Microsoft is doing, but I have tried on different PC's and the same error appears.
I have tried the download changing the languages, English, Spanish ... same error.
