Camera repeating its frames

Hey, 

I am facing issue in every application when i turn on the camera. The camera repeats its frame(action i do) in particular time. Overall its not working properly.

Kindly help me with that. I am having a lot of trouble coz my exams are going on and I have to turn the camera on.

Please doo that as soon as possible.

Since when this problem started?
Try run Windows Update and download and install all updates.
