Camera is not working after update

Error : Can't start camera

I have tried Updating/Uninstalling the driver but not working. I have also reset the Camera app. I have Used troubleshooting methods to solve . But it's also not working. What should I do ?

Hp pavilion gaming laptop 15 eC2076AX

Windows 11 Pro (Dev Insider)

64 bit
