BSOD on installing a new update : Windows 11 Insider Preview 10.0.26120.961 (ge_release)

On installing the update named "Windows 11 Insider Preview 10.0.26120.961 (ge_release)" 

it installs and restarts the system and then blue screen error occurs having the code DRIVER_PNP_WATCHDOG  and after that it showed INSTALL ERROR 0XC1900101.

Now currently it is showing DOWNLOAD ERROR - 0x80240008 and not downloading as well 

PLEASE HELP ME OUT WITH THIS 

IAM FACING THIS ISSUE SINCE 3 MONTHS NOW

Buongiorno, riguardo al Windows 11 Insider Preview 10.0.26120.961 (ge_release) mi da errore, ma è compressibile, il mio pc non ha il TPM2.0 aggiornato, di conseguenza non posso installare il nuovo aggiornamento.
