Brightness not working after latest update

Brass Contributor

Dear Windows 11 Team,

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to report an issue that I have encountered after updating to the latest Windows 11 Insider Program build, specifically Build 25905. Unfortunately, I have noticed that the brightness controls on my device are not functioning properly. Despite my attempts to adjust the brightness settings, the screen remains at a constant level of brightness.

I kindly request your assistance in addressing this matter related to Build 25905. If there is any additional information or diagnostic reports that I can provide to aid in diagnosing and fixing this issue, please let me know.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Best regards,

Syed Talha Hashmi

Hello,

I appreciate your effort in providing a potential solution to the issue. I followed the suggestions mentioned in the link you provided, but unfortunately, none of them worked to fix the system brightness problem on my Windows 11 machine. I still encounter the same issue with adjusting the brightness.

If you have any other suggestions or alternative fixes, I would be grateful to hear them. Thank you for your assistance!

Best regards,
Talha

@TalhaHashmi95 Heyy, it has been a month and a half, and I think there has been an update. Has your brightness issue been resolved yet? Or how are you coping with this issue? It is annoying to keep up with this issue on your laptop, so if you could please guide me with some help, it'd be great.
