bluetooth driver not installing

a support technician attempted to help me reinstall the Bluetooth driver, but wasn't able to and directed me to post a discussion here for help.

What happens when you attempt to install the driver?
Is there any error code or error message?
Are you downloading it from the official website?
Does it work in previous version of Windows?
Have you tried check for updates in the Windows Update?
