Hello. I'm using Windows 10 on an HP Laptop db-15. My battery will not charge while I'm using the laptop. The white light next to the adaptor input stays on while in use. That light usually tells me when it is fully charged. When I close the lid the battery then will charge and the light turns orange. It's as if the laptop thinks the battery is fully charged while it is draining it... I purchased a new adaptor which did not fix the issue. Then I purchased a new battery which also did not fix the issue... Any ideas?
