Back to Windows 10 but Updates wants to install 11 all over

After re-instating Windows 10, I can't get rid of the impending re-installation of the Windows 11 preview - I have had to pause updates for the last week to stop it doing that.

My Updates and Security shows "Your device is set to get Inside Preview builds."

and a link: "Go to Windows Insider Program settings to change your Insider level."

That seems ambiguous - I have unlinked my email. Do I have to link it again, if so how do I stop this impending install??

OK - I may have sorted it out. If not, I will return and ask fr help.

thanks, read about third of that - obviously it has been a problem for many people.
Rather than go through the fix I had, it is now easier to remove than it was a week ago, and I am happily back to the latest Windows 10.
