When listening to Spotify, iTunes or other audio programs - whether directly from my server or streaming online - the audio will just fade out and not return until I increase the sound volume by about 20%, and then it comes back in roaring. This has happened under both Windows 10 and Windows 11, but is now happening with such frequency I cannot stand it and need a solution.
I need a solution!
Here is what I am working with:
iBuypower Desktop with Intel i9-10900K @ 3.70 Ghz
16.0 GB Ram
64-big operating system
Windows 11 Pro - Feature Experience Pack 1000.22000.376.0
NVIDIA GeForce RTC 2070 SUPER display with NVIDIA HD Audio (but not running audio through monitors and not default for sound)
Realtek Audio is default for sound.
Zoom Phone - run through either Senheiser headset docking station for wireless headset, and a Logi 1080p camera and microphone
I have turned off the following options (I have tried to resolve the issue with these settings on and off):
Enhanced Audio
Spatial Sound.
"Allow applications to take exclusive control"
