Hello I resetted the laptop with remove everything option and now it says the specified user doesn't exist or cannot be contacted , not able to sign to the laptop , running windows 11 beta version
As you made the complete reset, you should have option to create a new user account on the system. Check if you got any option on the screen to create a new user.
